This position is responsible for handling day to day operations.  Handles various administrative functions.  Provide support for service and parts with contractors, surveyors and engineering firms.                                                                                                




  • Repair and calibrate lasers, GNSS and optical equipment


  • Check machine control systems


  • Verify correct parts shipments


  • Load codes as needed


  • Prep systems for installation by field techs


  • Processes all billings


  • Codes account payable invoices and/or purchase orders, enters cost of invoices on system


  • Enters estimates, discretionary credits, and adjustments to inventory on system


  • Sets up new accounts with credit department


  • Works with Credit Department on past due invoices and any invoices in question


  • Works with customer on invoice questions or concerns


  • Verifies and maintains contract files


  • Tax accountability for all billings


  • Processes all sales invoices


  • Assists calls and walk-ins


  • Processes and logs all certificates of insurance for equipment


  • Process some customer payments and is responsible for cash box


  • Performs assorted clerical duties such as mail distribution, copying, faxing, answering telephones, filing, and typing miscellaneous labels and envelopes


  • Assists in training of new employees


  • Works directly with customers on collections & customers' accounts


  • Processes miscellaneous reports (scoreboard, invoice exceptions, phone, etc)




Specific job objectives and performance goals for an individual are developed yearly by the department manager and become part of the requirements for the position





High school graduate or GED equivalent.  Two year associate degree in related field or Four year degree in related field.  Specific work experience will offset education.


Work Experience:

Two year of experience with sales billing, inventory processing, customer service and experienced PC knowledge Trimble technology.....



Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift 70lbs on a daily basis.
