PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems support and updating function. Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks. Reviews CRM system data in response to channel marketing initiative and makes recommendations to managers accordingly. Studies marketing data such as customer information, call patterns, and demographics.

 

Provide education and leadership to sales teams to ensure that standardized corporate processes are utilized across customer touch points to: capture new and existing customer account information, track coverage activities, manage sales leads and opportunities, and document the customer response to marketing campaigns.  Goals: deliver better value to customers, develop stronger relationships with customers, convert customer contacts into buyers, ultimately drive increased customer loyalty.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

This position may involve knowledge of confidential information.  Such information will be handled with the utmost discretion.

 

  • Lead Management - Ensure that there is a defined and clear process in place to capture, qualify, score and route leads (machines, engines, parts, rental, service, and training) within a time frame that meets customer expectations. Leads are managed throughout the sales process increasing participation rates.
  • Opportunity Management Ensure that we have a collaborative process between sales & marketing to identify, track and manage sales opportunities through the stages of opportunity identification, qualification, development, quote and closure. The sales forecast is linked to the Sales Funnel, enabling sales and marketing to develop tactics to ensure revenue and PINS/POPS-C targets are met.
  • CRM Reporting - Write and execute reports for customer data for sales and marketing functions, such as mailing, prospecting and analysis. As requested sort, package and distribute marketing data to sales teams.
  • Machine Ownership updates Add new machines into customer accounts, monitor update requests made by users for machine ownership (machine population); approve changes or, if inaccurate or questionable, will contact user to confirm information before approving.
  • Gatekeeping - Maintain the integrity and increase the quality of all customer data in our ERP system.  This data set includes, but is not limited to: Customer Name and Address, Contact information, Industry information, and Machine Population.
  • User Training - Provide new user training and follow-up training for existing users on the use of the GPAX CRM module including: creating or deleting customers/prospects records, creating contact records, activity management, lead qualification, opportunity management, updating machine ownership information, and campaign management.
  • Customer Understanding - Develop and continually improve processes that provide sales teams with information to know their customer's wants and needs.
  • Sales Support
    • Providing tools to assist in the building customer relationships
    • Developing automated processes and reporting to drive territory management efficiency and effectiveness
    • Maintain sales rep assignments in GPAX and supporting materials (territory maps) based on customer strategy guidelines.
  • Oversee the customer satisfaction survey process and work with managers to create ways to increase our overall satisfaction and loyalty scores.
  • Innovation - Work closely with the Business Analyst and the IT Dept to incorporate technology into our processes creating efficiency and effectiveness
  • Marketing team support
    • Assist as directed with various marketing department support activities such as but not limited to: routine bookkeeping, invoicing, purchase order processing, mail collection/distribution, filing, processing WebXtender information, copying, telephone coordination, orderly maintaining the marketing storage room and materials, etc.
  • Assist as directed in coordination and set-up of displays for trade shows, exhibits, customer meetings and patio dinners.
    • Supports in production and distribution of assigned advertising projects such as direct mail, ads, presentation materials, slides, PowerPoint presentations per specifically assigned functions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education/Work Experience:

Two year associates degree in business administration , information systems or equivalent with 3 years of directly related work experience or

 

Four year degree in business administration, information systems or equivalent with one year directly related work experience

 

Physical:

Ability to sit and utilize Laptop/PC for extensive periods.

Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

 

Other:

 

Periodic travel to GPEC branch locations in all states.  Some overnight travel is required. 

Valid driver's license.

Must have intermediate/advanced skills of Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be detail oriented.

The ability and desire to deliver positive customer service.

Ability to work well with others.

Strong motivation and self-starting initiative is required.
