The ERP Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of business applications and ERP systems, particularly enterprise applications and systems hosted on a multi-tenant IT infrastructure.



  • Participates in projects to implement, test, and design ERP systems and enterprise applications.
  • Performs troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system problems.
  • Monitors and maintains application security through user profile management, creates and updates access permissions, and maintains user accounts.
  • Installs new software releases and system upgrades, and evaluates and installs patches.
  • Monitors and maintains performance metrics for systems features, recommends and takes corrective/preventative actions.
  • Participates in the design, development, and implementation of test and production systems.
  • Performs configuration, change management, and testing activities as required.
  • Monitor, maintain, and manage the ERP environment. Ensures data integrity.
  • Maintain multiple system environments Production, Development, Test, and Training with ancillary applications (extracts, imports, scripts, etc.).
  • Apply code and changes to applications once tested and approved.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled
  • jobs such as backups.
  • Lead on special ERP projects as assigned by management. 




BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related field.


Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Application / ERP Systems Administrator preferred Minimum 6+ years of Dynamics AX development experience utilizing X++/MorphX IDE required; Minimum 2x Dynamics AX Full Life Cycle Implementations completed; Extensive experience in Data Integration utilizing AIF and DIXF; Extensive experience utilizing MS SQL Server; Proven experience creating, customizing, and/or modifying SSRS/SSAS/SSIS reports; Minimum 3+ years' experience with Source Code Management utilizing TFS; Extensive experience working with the Enterprise Portal framework 

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.


Must be team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.; Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure to meet multiple deadlines; Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Must be available for travel, overnight stays.
